A MESSAGE FROM SPECIALIST PHYSICAL THERAPIST

NICOLE BECKEN

NICOLE BECKEN, DPT

Hey there,

Are you frustrated by pain?  Are you disappointed because pain is holding you back from doing the activities that you love?

I understand the frustration that occurs when injuries keep you from doing what you enjoy.  When I was a teenager, I suffered from frequent dislocation of my patella (knee cap).  It was so severe, I underwent surgery for the problem.  This is when I was first introduced to physical therapy.  I soon realized it was my calling to help people recover from injuries to allow them to remain physically active.

You don’t have to sacrifice the lifestyle, activities, or sports that you love over problems that can be fixed.

In my practice, everyone asks me the same questions…

  • Why do I hurt so much? (I don’t even know what I did…)
  • Why isn’t this pain going away?
  • Am I going to have to live with this pain forever?

I have good news:  You don’t have to “live with it”!  There is still more that can be done and I’m here to show you the way.

Most people get stuck trying to make a decision about what to do next.  They go days, weeks, months (even years!) without taking action.

The one thing I can guarantee is that by doing nothing, your pain won’t get better.

So the next important thing is to take action!

Contact me soon so we can get you feeling better.  Let’s shorten your downtime to get you back to the activities that you enjoy so much!

MEET NICOLE

Nicole Becken helps active adults and teens stay healthy and keep moving.  She “shortens the down time” for her clients so they can get back to enjoying the activities they love without pain, rest, or multiple trips to the doctor’s office.

Nicole understands the frustration that occurs when injuries keep you from doing what you enjoy.  As a teenager she suffered from frequent dislocation of her patella (knee cap).  It was so severe she underwent surgery for the problem.  This is when she was first introduced to physical therapy.  She soon realized it was her calling to help people recover from injuries to allow them to remain physically active.

As she continues to remain active as an adult, Nicole knows how frustrating it is to not be able to participate in physical activity when limited by pain or injury.  It has become her mission to help people not only prevent injury, but also manage the aches and pains that limit their activities so they can “shorten the downtime” and keep moving.

If you are serious about getting back to workouts and activities that you love, then Becken Physical Therapy and Wellness is the place for you.
